- Buy local foods and products as much as possible.
- If you are going to eat animal products choose:

- grass-fed/finished meat
- pasture raised chicken
- butter or dairy products from grass-fed cows
- Consume therapeutic foods such as:
- bone broth
- seaweed
- gelatin
- fermented foods
- herbal teas
- herbs and spices (these don’t just make your food taste better!)
- Use a full mineral salt (himalayan pink, black lava, celtic gray)
- Move your body every day!
- Spend plenty of time outdoors connecting with the earth and grounding yourself.
- At the end of each day, write down something you are grateful for.
