Okay, this Sun-dried Tomato and Walnut Spread has been on my mind for a while and I FINALLY made it! This spread is dope, delicious and super easy to make!
I have made this for dinner parties to serve on a charcuterie board, paired it with roasted chicken, and made large batches to keep in the fridge for simple meals like turkey sandwiches! It never disappoints.

I finally decided to post this recipe the other day after consuming a pretty bland turkey sandwich. I went to one of my favorite gluten-free spots in the neighborhood, but found myself super disappointed in the lack of flavor of my lunch. I thought, with some some of my sun-dried tomato and walnut spread and some greens this would be SO good. I basically headed home, made sure I had all of the ingredients, and made it in a flash.

I promise you will love the simplicity of making this and the complexity of flavors it can add to a dish or just as a dip! Make this and snap some photos for us to see!
