I’ve heard that everyone is doing a lot of extra baking while following the stay at home rules we are being given in the United States and all over the world. I am in the same boat, so I figured I would amp up the healthy dessert and baking blog posts! These are Sugar Free and Paleo Chocolate Protein Donuts that I made with the random ingredients that I have in my house (and Stevita Cocoa Delight)…and hopefully you do too!

I’ve been doing a lot of spring cleaning as a result of needing my space to feel super clean and open while 3 people and two dogs inhabit this 1000 square foot home. That means getting rid of like ALL my clothes because I basically have been wearing the same thing every day for two weeks. I am also going through my pantry and donating items and using up what I already have.

That’s how the recipe for these donuts came about. I seem to have numerous canisters of protein powder invading my small ass pantry, so it was time to get in there and use it up! That means these donuts have a hefty dose of protein, zero sugar, are full of fiber and a delicious quarantine treat! They have zero grams of sugar because I used Stevita Cocoa Delight as the chocolate and sweetener in the recipe.
I use Stevita products when baking, making my morning elixirs, or cooking up oatmeal. I especially love the ease of the liquid stevia, BUT, the biggest reason that I prefer Stevita Naturals is their commitment to sustainability. Their products are fair trade certified, non-GMO, USDA organic, and they use sustainable farming practices. If you guys have been following me for anytime, then you know how important sustainability is to me and I love supporting companies that share this commitment.
