It’s #sustainabilitysunday and we are serving up this amazing red pepper hummus! This recipe has become a staple for putting on sandwiches, salads, wraps, or just used as a dip and we are so excited to share it with you!
This recipe is so simple and takes about 30 seconds to make…so there is absolutely no reason to buy your own hummus!
When you make your own hummus you are not only saving money, but you are diminishing waste by reducing plastic packaging. Beans are also a very inexpensive source of protein, fiber, and complex carbohydrates, which is sustainable for you, especially if you use dry beans.
