If you’re like me (and most people, let’s be honest), you probably love a good charcuterie board! However, you may not feel your best with the typical board that contains cheese and gluten/grain containing crackers. Good thing Simple Mills has you covered with amazing paleo cracker options and I’ve got this guide to making a delicious Paleo Charcuterie Board!
I absolutely love Simple Mills because they make paleo goods that are accessible and simple for anyone to make… or eat! They have cake/cupcake mixes, pizza dough, muffin mixes, and ready-to-eat crackers and cookies! That’s right, all you have to do is open the box and dig in!
While I obviously love whole foods, I also believe in balance! Who doesn’t want to eat crackers, cake, and pizza every once in a while? I know I do and I love that Simple Mills has provided us with a delicious option that has beneficial ingredients that we can feel good about! Especially for those of us that have food intolerances, sensitivities, or allergies!

Onto the Paleo Charcuterie Board…
This really isn’t much of a recipe as it is a guide. Charcuterie Boards are all about piling as many delicious things on as possible. Not only does this make them look gorgeous, but it adds tons of flavor and diversity, so everyone can find something that they love.
Obviously, crackers are a must, which is where Simple Mills comes in… don’t think twice, just do it. I love every single flavor.
Next, I love having meat. If you’re a vegetarian, obviously don’t do this, but what’s a charcuterie board without some turkey, salami, or prosciutto!
You guys know I am all about dips, so you’ve gotta have some dips and spreads on there. If you are down with cheese, definitely throw some on there, but if you’re not, I recommend adding something like my Lentil Hummus or AIP Pesto! These are loaded with nutrition and are super delicious.
Fats! Your dips are going to have some fats, but I love adding olives, avocado, and other goodies for some nourishing and satiating fats!
Fruits and veggies. Go wild here. The more colorful, the better. Here, you’ll see that I added apples, peaches, blackberries, thinly sliced onion, cucumbers, green beans, carrots, snap peas, radishes, and more!
