Hydration may be one of my all time favorite topics because it’s one of those things that improves EVERY aspect of your life almost immediately. Energy, brain function, and digestion are all affected by your hydration status, but sometimes it’s not just about the amount of water you drink.
While most clients that I work with and people in general just aren’t drinking enough water for their size and activity level, there are other factors that put you at risk for dehydration. I talk all about this in my blog post on Hydration Strategies, but I’m giving you three recipes here that use Ultima hydration supplements to improve your hydration and give you a fun treat to look forward to every day!
While Ultima Replenisher is delicious on its own, I created three recipes that provide even more benefits to keep your body happy and healthy!

Mineral Rich Nettle and Ultima

I love nettle and consider it to be the multivitamin of the herbal world. It is amazing for restoring minerals and is fantastic for your adrenal glands!
Ingredients
Instructions
Boil water and then pour over the dried nettle. For an infusion, which is much stronger than tea, the leaves sit in the water for at least 4 hours and ideally overnight.
Strain the nettle leaves and pour in your Ultima.
Stir and enjoy! Can be served hot or cold!
Notes
You can make more of the nettle infusion by using 1 part (T) nettle to 1 part (cup) water.
If you don’t have time for an infusion, just make tea, that’s okay too!

Pink Lemonade Immune Elixir

This recipe uses tinctures to add in even more minerals, vitamins, and goodness without adding too much flavor.
Ingredients
16 oz. water
1 scoop Ultima Pink Lemonade
1 dropperful dandelion tincture
1 dropperful elderberry tincture
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
Notes
You can use any tinctures that are exciting to you. Ultima does an amazing job of hiding any flavors!

Blue Raspberry Elixir

The blue raspberry Ultima flavor is so fun, especially for kids. Adding in ginger and fresh blueberry adds a spike of flavor and immune boosting benefits!
Ingredients
8 oz. sparkling water
1/2 scoop blue raspberry Ultima
1 dropperful ginger tincture
fresh or frozen blueberries to your hearts desire
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
Notes
This baby get super fizzy with the sparkling water and it is SO fun!
