Low Glycemic Berry Smoothie
 
 
Ingredients
  • 2 T tonic collagen
  • ¾ cup berries
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • ½ avocado
  • water or 'milk' to desired thickness, about 1 cup
  • optional:
  • fresh mint
Directions
  1. Blend all ingredients together until thick and delicious!
  2. You can blend without berries first, pour half and then blend with berries if you want to create layers!
