Immune Boosting Chia Seed Pudding
- ¼ cup chia seed
- 2 cups hot water
- ¼ cup full fat coconut milk
- 2 tsp elderberry wellness syrup
- pinch himalayan sea salt
- ½ cup berries
- Soak chia seeds in hot water (makes them expand more quickly) and allow to sit for at least 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, place coconut milk, berries, wellness syrup, and pinch of salt in a pot and slowly heat. Then add in chia seeds and enjoy!
- Refrigerate if you want this to be cold, but I recommend eating it warm!
