Immune Boosting Chia Seed Pudding
  • ¼ cup chia seed
  • 2 cups hot water
  • ¼ cup full fat coconut milk
  • 2 tsp elderberry wellness syrup
  • pinch himalayan sea salt
  • ½ cup berries
  1. Soak chia seeds in hot water (makes them expand more quickly) and allow to sit for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, place coconut milk, berries, wellness syrup, and pinch of salt in a pot and slowly heat. Then add in chia seeds and enjoy!
  3. Refrigerate if you want this to be cold, but I recommend eating it warm!
