  • Bottom Layer:
  • 2 scoops Life's Abundance Pea Protein Pwder
  • 2 cups coconut flakes
  • ½ cup sprouted pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup almonds
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • ¼ cup flax seeds
  • 1-2 tbsp ghee (optional; depending on your blender/ food processor and the texture produced)
  • salt to taste
  • Top Layer:
  • ¼ cup ghee
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 2 tbsp collagen powder
  • salt to taste
  1. In your food processor, process the entire bottom layer together, except the flax seeds, until sticky. This may take a while because you are basically turning them into nut butters. If you have a blendtec, use the twister jar attachment.
  2. Add the flax seeds in and blend/process again- I like to leave them chunky for texture.
  3. For the top layer, Melt coconut oil and ghee in a pan and then add in the other ingredients. Stir together well !
  4. Form the bottom layer and press onto a pan, then pour the top mixture on top! For the design that I made, use a nut butter and swirl it in! Sprinkle with salt for an extra caramel flavor.
  5. Place in the freezer for at least 15 minutes, cut and enjoy!
