Vegan and Paleo Nacho Cheese
 
 
low carb and nutrient dense nacho cheese
Ingredients
  • 2 cups steamed carrots
  • ½ cup soaked cashews
  • ⅓ cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ¼ cup organice salsa
Directions
  1. Soak cashews overnight.
  2. Steam carrots
  3. Blend carrots, cashews, nutritional yeast, and sea salt until smooth and creamy.
  4. Mix in salsa...and ENJOY!
Notes
You could also use seeds or a different nut if you prefer! I tried this with brazil nuts as well as tahini and it was amazing!
