Vegan and Paleo Nacho Cheese
- 2 cups steamed carrots
- ½ cup soaked cashews
- ⅓ cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ¼ cup organice salsa
- Soak cashews overnight.
- Steam carrots
- Blend carrots, cashews, nutritional yeast, and sea salt until smooth and creamy.
- Mix in salsa...and ENJOY!
You could also use seeds or a different nut if you prefer! I tried this with brazil nuts as well as tahini and it was amazing!
