Berry Cashew Custard

Ingredients
  • 2 cups raw cashews
  • 2 tbsp coconut manna
  • 1.5 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of himalayan salt
  • 1 6 oz. container raspberries
  • 1-2 tbsp water
Directions
  1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, then top with berries, cacao nibs, banana, coconut, etc!
