Chia Seed Pudding

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 cups water (sub for almond milk, coconut milk, etc.)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use this for extra protein and flavor)
  • ½ cup berries
  • optional:
  • sweetener (honey, maple syrup, stevia)
  • flax seeds
  • sunflower seeds
  • other fruits
  1. Place 2 tbsp of chia seeds in a jar with 2 cups of water.
  2. Let set overnight.
  3. Now it's time to add in your favorite ingredients!
  4. I add in a scoop of protein powder and chopped frozen strawberries.
  5. Then, I top it with flax seeds and sunflower seeds.
  6. If you want this warm, heat it up in the morning in a pot on the stove.
Get creative with this and make it your own! I love switching it up by adding different fruits and spices, but this is my basic recipe! :)
