Turmeric Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

This option is savory, anti-inflammatory and rich in B-vitamins.
  • 2c soaked/well-rinsed pumpkin seeds
  • 2 T nutritional yeast
  • 2 tsp Celtic sea salt
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • 3 tsp virgin coconut oil
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Thoroughly coat seeds with all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Place on cookie sheet or large glass baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly golden
Got a dehydrator?? Try placing the pumpkin seeds in the dehydrator overnight to preserve beneficial enzymes and nutrients that may be lost with high heat!
