
I’m all about Seed Cycling for hormonal health, especially when it means adding in a few treats! I love creating, what I like to call ‘Goddess Balls,’ which act as delicious little treats as well as hormone boosters!

These Seed Cycling balls are made for the follicular phase! They contain flax seeds, which help support estrogen production. It’s important to boost estrogen during the first half of your cycle to build up the uterine lining. Flax seeds (and pumpkin) provide nutrients, like lignans and zinc, needed to support estrogen production and clearance!

I personally freshly grind my flax seeds to preserve the fatty acids, but you can also purchase ground flax. If you do so, try to find it at a store that keeps it refrigerated, or immediately refrigerate it yourself!

Print‘Cookie Butter’ Seed Cycling Balls
Ingredients
1/3 cup coconut butter
1 cup ground flax seeds
1-2 scoops Ancient Nutrition Vanilla Collagen
1-2 T olive oil (based on texture)
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t ground ginger
pinch cardamom
pinch sea salt
Instructions
In a food processor, combine all ingredients.
Process until sticky and easy to mold. Add more olive oil if it is a chalky texture. It should ball together very easily!
Place in refrigerator and enjoy!
Notes
You can also sub out the collagen and add in 1 T of manuka honey or maple syrup
