Okay, these cookies kind of blew my mind! They are made with chaga, chai spices, and if you want, chocolate chips! These Chaga Chai Cookies are seriously going to be your go to cookie this fall…and they have a healthy dose of Chaga.
If you have never baked with functional mushrooms or thrown them in a recipe, you’ll be happy to know that you can’t taste them! They add zero flavor, but a blast of nutrition. I use Om Mushrooms because the quality of their chaga (and all of their products) is next level.

Chaga is considered to be a super antioxidant, that is highly revered for its anti-aging properties. Om Mushroom Chaga is grown through a full spectrum life-cycle including myceliated biomass and fruit bodies at a state of the art facility in southern California. Then the mushrooms are carefully dried so that they are the most bioavailable!
These cookies also contain high amounts of ginger and cinnamon, which also have a lot of health benefits. Ginger is anti-inflammatory and great for digestion, while cinnamon aids in blood sugar balance.
