Ingredients

1 cup flaxseed (ground into flour)

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup boiling water

Instructions

First, grind your flax seed until it is a fine powder. Then mix in your salt and spices! Pour boiling water over the flax seeds and stir. Once mixed thoroughly, roll out and cut out circles! Next, you’ll use a nonstick pan to cook them on low heat. 1-2 minutes per side!
