I have been posting this bowl in variations on Instagram for a few months, so I figured it was time to get this baby in a blog post. Having a place to search for this and have the full details is a must because it is that good. You will want to save this search to keep making it over and over again!

This bowl contains flax seeds as the main component to utilize seed cycling principles. Flax seeds are great for the first half of your cycle, helping boost estrogen. You can find out more about Seed Cycling in my book, The Goddess Guide, or check out this post that I wrote here.

I love this bowl because it can be eaten warmed or cool, making it a great breakfast or snack during every season.
