Who doesn’t love popsicles in the summertime !? Luckily, healthy popsicles are SUPER easy to make! We love the zoku popsicle maker for quick and delicious popsicles! We were lucky enough to find the single quick pop-maker for only $10 at TJ maxx…who doesn’t love a good deal!
Anyways, making your own popsicles is super easy, fun, and fantastic because you have complete control over the ingredients, aren’t wasting packaging and wrappers, and use seasonal and local fruit! For instance, we used peaches and blueberries because they are abundant right now!
You could definitely stop there, but we wanted to make these protein packed so that we could feel fueled before and after our workouts and also stabilize our blood sugar. We love Arbonne vanilla protein powder because it is vegan, gluten free, gmo-free, soy free, allergen friendly, uses the zero carbon footprint program for shipping, and is SO SO SO delicious. - Blend your blueberries and protein and set aside.
- Then, blend your peaches and protein and set aside.
- Pour these into your popsicle molds, wait, and ENJOY!
