
Fat bombs had a really big moment for a year or so and now I don’t see people obsessing over them as much anymore. Well, I’m here to remind you how delicious fat bombs are and give them a little twist…with GRANOLA…and of course some immune boosting Om Mushrooms!

If you are like me, you are obsessed with TEXTURE. I am really into having a crunch in all of my food…even smoothies have to have a topping. These fat bombs have the delicious and creamy texture that you expect with the crunch of granola…YUM!


These are super simple and have the benefits of Om Mushrooms. You can add just about any of the Om Mushrooms blends that you want, but I added the Immune blend. It contains Organic Reishi, Turkey Tail, Agaricus blazei, and Maitake mycelial biomass and fruit body powder cultured on organic whole oats. You can’t taste them at all when added to a recipe!

1 cup walnuts
1 cup coconut flakes
2 Tbsp Immune Om Mushroom <https://ommushrooms.com/products/immune>
1 scoop collagen ( I love Ancient Nutrition vanilla)
pinch sea salt
granola
Instructions
Process all ingredients (except for granola) until smooth and creamy.
Pour into silicone molds.
Top with granola for the crunch factor.
Freeze for at least 1 hour and then pop out of molds to enjoy!
Notes
If you don’t use the vanilla collagen, you can add in a sweetener and vanilla extract.
