Sweet and Salty Chocolate Chip Energy Balls
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- ¼ cup flax seeds
- ¼ cup sunbutter (or peanut butter)
- 2-3 dates (soaked in water)
- 1-2 T water (from soaked dates)
- 2 T mini chocolate chips
- In a food processor, process all ingredients except for the chocolate chips!
- Once ingredients are sticky, add in chocolate chips, and pulse until combined!
Make this your own by adding in dried fruit, cinnamon, or other spices!
