AIP Pesto
  • 1½ cups parsley
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • himalayan pink sea salt to taste
  • Optional: 1 anchovy (or just add extra salt)
  1. Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
You could also try using cilantro, basil, arugula, or a mixture! I've enjoyed all of these in the recipe as well!
