Paleo and AIP chili with Ayurvedic Spices
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 pound grass-fed, ground beef
  • 4 cups pumpkin puree
  • 4 cups broth (homemade or pacifica brand)
  • 2 cups riced cauliflower
  • 2 cups kale, finely chopped (or spinach)
  • 2 cups peas
  • 1 cup zucchini, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tbsp wakame seaweed
  • 1.5 tbsp turmeric
  • 1.5 tbsp cumin
  • 1.5 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp cardamom
Directions
  1. Sautee onions and garlic in ghee.
  2. Next, add in ground beef and brown.
  3. In a crock pot, mix all of the remaining ingredients.
  4. Once beef is browned, add it to the crockpot with the rest of the mixture.
  5. Allow this to cook on low for a few hours, or use the chili setting on your instant pot for a quick meal!
