Pumpkin Spice Fudge
  • 2 cups coconut flakes (or ½ cup coconut butter)
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1.5 tsps pumpkin pie spice
  • pinch sea salt
  • optional:
  • 1 tbsp honey (or more if you want a super sweet fudge)
  • stevia to taste
  1. If you are using coconut flakes, use your blendtec twister jar or a food processor to make coconut butter.
  2. Next, process or bend coconut butter, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and sea salt until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread onto a piece of parchment paper and put in the refrigerator to harden.
  4. Then cut into small pieces and enjoy!
