Cheesy Spiced Sunflower Seeds
Loaded with beneficial enzymes and booster foods, these add the perfect crunch and flavor to top on any meal!
  • 1 cup sprouted sunflower seeds (or at least soaked!)
  • 2 tbsps nutritional yeast
  • ½ tbsp turmeric
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  1. Combine spices.
  2. Sprinkle on sunflower seeds and mix well.
  3. Dehydrate or place on a baking sheet in the oven at the lowest setting!
