Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Bean Bars
 
 
Ingredients
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 can garbanzo beans (drain and rinse)
  • ½ cup egg whites (or 2 whole eggs)
  • ½ cup all natural peanut butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla pea protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • a couple droppers full of toffee stevia (my all time favorite flavor!)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • pinch sea salt
  • dark chocolate chips
Directions
  1. Blend all of the ingredients together, except for the chocolate chips, until smooth.
  2. Pour into a pan, keeping it about 1 inch thick.
  3. Then, top with dark chocolate chips!
  4. Bake at 350 for about 20 ish minutes!
